Booking and Payment

  1. Reservation Confirmation: To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit or full payment may be required, as specified during the booking process. Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of the required payment.
  2. Payment Methods: We accept payment via credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or other methods specified on our website or provided by our reservations team.
  3. Prices may vary due to exchange rates (all payments are made in the local currency IDR).
  4. A 2,5% processing fee applies for credit card payments. Direct bank transfers may be subject to fees according to your bank’s policy.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellation by the Guest: If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. Cancellation charges may apply as follows:
  2. More than 30 days before your arrival date: The prepayment made will be non-refundable. Our team will issue a credit for the amount paid, for a future stay with us within the next 6 months; after that period the credit will expire.
  3. Less than 30 days before your arrival date: The full payment made will be non-refundable and dates can not be modified.
  4. Cancellation by the Hotel: In the unlikely event that we have to cancel your reservation, we will provide a full refund of any payment made by you. We will make reasonable efforts to inform you as early as possible and explore alternative arrangements, if applicable.
