Booking and Payment
- Reservation Confirmation: To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit or full payment may be required, as specified during the booking process. Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of the required payment.
- Payment Methods: We accept payment via credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or other methods specified on our website or provided by our reservations team.
- Prices may vary due to exchange rates (all payments are made in the local currency IDR).
- A 2,5% processing fee applies for credit card payments. Direct bank transfers may be subject to fees according to your bank’s policy.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation by the Guest: If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. Cancellation charges may apply as follows:
- More than 30 days before your arrival date: The prepayment made will be non-refundable. Our team will issue a credit for the amount paid, for a future stay with us within the next 6 months; after that period the credit will expire.
- Less than 30 days before your arrival date: The full payment made will be non-refundable and dates can not be modified.
- Cancellation by the Hotel: In the unlikely event that we have to cancel your reservation, we will provide a full refund of any payment made by you. We will make reasonable efforts to inform you as early as possible and explore alternative arrangements, if applicable.
